(Policies, Terms, and Conditions)
For those of you who want me to do just a few things for you or just work on certain projects, simply contact me and we can talk it over. Everyone’s needs are different as well as every project is different. So, you can tell me what you want done and what prices you were hoping for, and we can go from there. Purely custom! I do, however, have hourly rates for those of you who need me to work hourly.

1 Hour – $20 5 Hours – $90
10 Hours – $180 20 Hours – $360

Why hire a VA?
By hiring a virtual assistant (or VA), you don’t have to worry about paying anything beyond my service fees upon hiring me. There’s no employee-related benefits, taxes, insurance, vacation time, ect. You only pay for 100% productive time on all projects and tasks.
How do I hire you?
To begin working with me, all you have to do is contact me. From there, we’ll discuss what you want me to do and prices. You tell me what you want me to do and what you want to pay, and we’ll discuss it from there! I did this so that I can easily cater to anyone who wants me to do just a few simple things to someone who wants me to do hourly work.
Once we come to an agreement, work will begin on the agreed date.

Payments and Refunds
All payments must be made up-front via PayPal. Don’t have a PayPal account? No problem. PayPal will still accept credit and debit cards without an account. Purchasing in this manner eliminates the need for me to chase down clients and spend extra time on accounting. On your end, this will help you know how much time and money you’re working with and there are no surprise bills. If you don’t want to use the PayPal buttons, you are welcome to request an invoice.
However, if there is anything that you will need mailed or anything that will cost me additional fees, I will let you know prior to paying those fees and send you an invoice for your approval. Again, this is my way of striving to make sure there are no hidden fees.
Because of the nature of the work I do, there are no refunds. There is no way I can get back any of my time or hard work. My main goal is to have happy customers, you included. If for some reason things aren’t going the way you had hoped, please talk to me about it. I aim to please!
What is and isn’t billable?
Any work I do that is related to your tasks, projects, or correspondence is billable toward the hours you purchase (if you purchase hours). The initial introduction emails and/or Skype call will not be billed toward your hours.
Hours of Operation
I am currently flexible, but I work Monday – Friday. I don’t work on weekends or holidays. I will only work weekends when it is agreed on.
I prefer my communication with my clients to be through email, though I am willing to communicate via Skype or phone as well. If you wish to speak to me on either Skype or phone, I would ask that you send me a request via email 24 hours in advance. If it has to be less than 24 hours, just let me know and I will see what I can do. 🙂
Projects and task turnaround times vary and we will discuss the length of time that will fit your individual needs and my schedule. I will be sure to keep you updated on the progress of my work and will let you know if the deadline we discussed needs to be adjusted. Due to the fact that each task and project is unique to each customer, times for completion will vary.
I will respond to all emails and Skype messages within 48 hours (not including weekends and holidays).
I rarely will take any emergency or rush requests, but if you contact me and I have availability to do so, we can discuss it further.
Time tracking and time sheets
I track my time for each client and you are more than welcome to request a copy of the time sheet at the end of the hours you purchased. I have no problem with you reviewing the amount of time spent on tasks, but I will only send you a copy if you request one.
When do my hours expire?
Every time you purchase a package of hours, it’s good for one year from the purchase date.
What happens when you run out of hours?
When you get down to your last few hours, I will send you notice via email. From there, you’ll be able to decide whether you’d like to buy more hours or part ways. At this time, you are welcome to request a time sheet.
Ending our relationship?
You are free to end our relationship at any time, but I suggest you use up your hours before hand. If I decide to end our relationship, I will send you notification, finish up the projects and tasks with your remaining hours, and refer you to another virtual assistant.
