One of my goals for this year is to search for and discover as many waterfalls as I can. So, I started out with Chair Factory Falls in Concord, Ohio. It’s a nice little waterfall and well worth the walk and hike it takes to get to it. It’s a really beautiful trail! The spot that I parked at was actually the closest you can park to get to it and that was at the Old Stone Schoolhouse. It took about 20 minutes to walk to, but that was because I was being careful on the slope down.
Here’s some photos from the entirety of the adventure. 🙂
And here’s a video I shot and live streamed on Facebook as I was making my way down to the waterfall. I didn’t do it again on the way back up because it was steep and, quite honestly, I didn’t think people needed to hear me gasping for air as I hiked back up, but as I said, it was totally worth it. 🙂
I hope you enjoyed this post and stay tuned for future waterfall adventure posts as well as the rest of my posts!
I am seriously considering making a challenge for this. As in, a challenge anyone can join. Any thoughts?
Do you know of any cool waterfalls in the Ohio area that I absolutely have to see? Let me know in a comment below!
