Cleveland Winterfest

Okay, so I’m a month late, but I’m catching up on all the stuff that’s happened, so here we go!  Let’s start with Brandy and my adventure at the Cleveland Winterfest!

I’ve wanted to attend the Winterfest for a few years now, so when Brandy said she was interested, I was so excited!!  To start with, we rode the RTA into Cleveland.

Once we arrived in Cleveland, we walked around Tower City and the square. 🙂

Then we walked down to Playhouse Square..

…and saw the Christmas Tree collection at the Allen Theater.

While down in Playhouse Square, we toured the Palace Theater!

Aaaand we found the bathroom to be quite huge and Brandy decided that I needed a photo of it and she managed to be creepy in it.  If you look closely, you’ll see her. lol!

Once done there, we wandered over to the library.  I’d never been at the Cleveland Library and I must say, I was impressed!  They even had some live music playing there.

Once done there, we took a shortcut through the 4th Street Arcade.

After that, we walked through the 5th Street Arcade.

Once done there, we made our way back to the square and then stopped in the Old Stone Church to warm up.  I’ve always wanted to see the inside and I was NOT disappointed!!

And then it was time for the lighting ceremony!  We had a great time and spent the remainder of the night touring around and seeing all the lights between the square and Playhouse Square! 😀

I highly recommend heading out to this event in 2017!  It was a blast!!  All in all, we walked a total of 13.16 miles that day because there was just so  much to see and do! 😀

Stay tuned for more adventures and project updates!
