The Tower in the Fall and The Waterfall

A couple of weekends ago, my friend Ericka and I went out for a little fall time adventure.  She’s never seen or climbed the new observation tower in Perry, so I was sure to take her to that.  The views from the top were amazingly beautiful as always, but this time, there were a lot more fall colors involved.

On our way back to the car, I found a cool caterpillar by the car.  I didn’t want him to get crushed, so I moved him to the weeds…. after I took a few photos, of course. 🙂

After that, we stopped a couple of cemeteries and looked around and then made a stop at Paine Falls. 🙂

People often underestimate just how big the falls are, but if you look at left side of the falls, you can see a couple of people standing on them.  In other words, they are much larger than they appear. 🙂

All in all, it was an awesome day with a much needed outdoor adventure.  Ericka and I had fun as we always did and had a great time with our new adventure. 🙂  If you haven’t seen these in the area and you’re a local, I highly recommend them!  Especially this time of year!
