Stuffed Pork Chops in a Crock Pot

Last night, I had pork chops in a new way.  I cooked them in the crock pot.  Let me just say that I will probably eat them like this quite often.

Ingredients:

Stuffing

1 Can of Cream of Mushroom soup

2 Thick cut Pork Chops

Directions:

Cut the pork chops to make a pocket.

Stuff with stuffing.

Empty half of the can of cream of mushroom soup into the bottom of the crock pot and spread around.

Place pork chops inside.

Pour rest of soup on top and add in one can full of water.

Cover and cook on low for 7 hours.

It was soooo delicious!!  I highly recommend trying this!!!
