I was browsing around the interwebs the other night, and I came across this great blog post for the 100 Days of No Processed Meals – Crock Pot Style. My interest was definitely piqued. I mean, I’m all about healthy and delicious eating, and this looked promising. Let me just say that I was NOT disappointed!
The first recipe to catch my eye was the Chicken and Quinoa. With luck, I had all of the ingredients already! I couldn’t resist. Before I went to bed, I prepped all of the ingredients so all I had to do was combine them in the morning, turn on the crock pot, and head to work. So, that’s what I did!
When I came home, I walked into an amazing smelling apartment to find my dinner ready for me.
Overall, it was mostly like a stew and absolutely delicious!! If you want something healthy and tasty, give this a try! I can’t wait to try more from the list. 🙂
