For the first time ever, I made Kale chips. Can I just say yum?!?!?! All I know is that I’ve eaten a quarter of the Kale already tonight and already I’m plotting to buy more. If you want something healthy, crunchy, and delicious, make yourself some of these!!
The recipe I used was this one, but I didn’t measure the oil or salt. I just winged it. I suggest doing the same.
Some friends of mine also suggested using garlic salt instead of regular salt. I will be trying that in the next batch. 🙂
