A Cleveland Outing

Yesterday, I had a bit of an outing in Cleveland with my father. We didn’t do much walking since I still can’t seem to walk very far, but I did have a good time. For the most part we ended up sitting in the square watching the people and city wild life (aka birds) and just plain enjoying the beautiful day. Of course I had my camera on hand and it felt so good to be able to be out in some nice weather and snapping photos again. It was like I felt a bit of a zing as my creative juices got flowing again in the city. I’ve never spent much time in Cleveland, so being able to go there and see some of the cool stuff is very fun and entertaining for me. For example, the trash cans along Euclid Avenue, which is my feature image to the right, had all kinds of cut out stuff on it. The thing that cracked me up was the fact that the word MEH is in it. Hahaha! Basically, though, I spent the day taking photos of the birds, the planes, and the city life. I’ll share a few of them here, but you can see them all on my Flickr.

One of my favorite type of photos from yesterday are the photos that I took of tower city. I love how the sky impacted the picture.

I also enjoyed finally being able to see the inside of The Arcade again. I’d only seen it once, so getting to go inside again and see all of the beauty of the design in there was amazing.

There are so many other photos from that day, but these are the three I wanted to share the most. For more, visit my Flickr. On a side note, I’d like to point out that I have a new site design. Yay!! It’s always good to change it up sometimes! 🙂

Thanks for stopping by today and if the weather is nice, go enjoy it!
